Something breaks the rules

For anything that breaks the Content policy, use the Report button on the story, chapter, comment or user. Editors review every report.

If it’s urgent, especially anything involving a minor or a real, identifiable person, also email legal@naughtycurator.com with the link. We act on these first.

Anything that is, or appears to be, child sexual abuse material we report to the US authorities on discovery (the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children’s CyberTipline and law enforcement), and we cooperate fully with the investigation that follows. The Content policy says exactly what we do.

If you think something on the site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:

Your notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. The work you say is infringed.
  3. The link to the material on our site.
  4. Your name, address, phone number and email.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorised by you, your agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you’re the owner or authorised to act for them.

We remove or disable the material and let the person who posted it know.

Counter-notice

If your work was removed and you think that was a mistake, send the agent a counter-notice with:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. What was removed and where it was.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address and phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the US, any district where we can be found), and to accept service from the person who filed the notice.

We’ll pass it on, and restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless they tell us they’ve gone to court.

Accounts that repeatedly post others’ work are closed.
